Strong Studio is 20!

That’s two decades of design, collaboration, learning, kerning, problem-solving, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Whether we worked together recently or eons ago, thank you for being part of the journey. Your support, trust, and influence helped shape Strong Studio into what it is today.

My path here hasn’t been typical: from Sierra Leone, West Africa, to a farm outside Buffalo, NY, to Niagara County Community College, to long nights at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Several internships and career stops at SME Branding and Madison Square Garden set the foundation, and in 2006, this curious farmer boy officially launched Strong Studio.

Those early years were fueled by incredible clients — from neighborhood businesses to global brands. Since then, it’s been a mix of challenges, growth, wins, and perspective. Through it all, we’ve stayed grounded in our process, our principles, and our belief in thoughtful, human-centered design.

Our tagline still says it best: Friendly People Making Thoughtful Design.
